We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we want to make your return experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Whether you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used yoga mats, apparel, or any intimate items cannot be returned.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase and it meets the above criteria, we will gladly accept your return. Please keep in mind that the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received in order to qualify for a refund.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
  2. Prepare the Return: Once your return is approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
  3. Send the Return: Once you have completed the return steps, simply send the product back to us as directed by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: If you are returning the item for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you would prefer an exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team before returning the item. We will assist you in exchanging the item for the one that best suits your needs, subject to availability.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened yoga mats, clothing, and intimate items for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable, unless defective.

Exchanges:

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
